The Court dismissed the class action.

So, what should the construction industry take from this?
The judgment does not mean:
- Alucobond has been declared universally safe.
- All ACM products are now acceptable.
- Existing restrictions on combustible ACP have been removed.
- Any Alucobond product can be used on any building.
